A ajuda que me deram foi bestial.

Segundo entendi, eles mandaram-me para o mail uma comfirmação da ecomenda e os códigos para o pagamento por transferência bancária.
Contudo, mandaram-me 3 conjuntos de códigos.

Já agora, e sem querer abusar da vossa boa vontade, traduzam estas frases, sff:

1) wir bitten sie, den gesamtbetrag inklusive versandkosten auf unser konto zu überweisen:

bankverbindung deutschland: Postbank Nürnberg

2) bankverbindung österreich: dresdner bank ag niederlassung wien prinz-eugen-str. 8a-1040 wien

3)bitte geben sie unter verwendungszweck unbedingt ihre bestellnr. und kundennr. an!

4) sollten sie fragen haben, können sie uns unter kundendienst@electronica24.de erreichen.

quem esteja habituado a fazer compras on-line por transferência bancária, pode-me explicar porque me mendariam 3 conjuntos de códigos de transferência.
